Despite recent occurences, in my book, life is still good. I mean hey, i woke up this morning didnt i? I got a cool cowboy hat today too! its the little stuff man, the little stuff. And i think today i just may play some guitar then fall asleep on the couch watch football.

Their once were three monks who came to their abbot and asked him "why does the bible teach us to be thankful for th (stops to chase the ice cream man through the neighborhood twice and, afte almsot giving up hope, perceivears to aquire a bomb pop and two ninja turtles) e bad days as well as the good?" The abbot told them to go visit another monk who lived very far away and he wold tell them the asnwer. So they traveled far away to very poor town and found the monk in a small rundown shack in between two poor run down buildings. The monk was sitting at a table reading torah "Welcome friends!" said the monk "I would stand up to greet you but my leg is hurt! But please, sit down, do you want osmehtin got eat? I have bread and wtaer! Have some please!". The three monks polightly declined and asked hime "why does the bible teach us to be thankful for the bad days as well as the good? Our abott told us to come ask you and he todl us you wold sureley know" The monk shrugged his shoulders and laughed "i dont know why your abbot sent you here, i couldnt possibly no why, ive never had a bad day in my entire life. No please! Sit down, eat, talk, enjoy yourselves". And so they did and their was much merryment.

The reverand at our church told us that today. Itd a unitatarian church and their all about acceptance, and generosity, and hospitality, i rather enjoy it their. Anybody from any walk fo life is welcome their, its a great place :-).I just saw a commercial where bill clinto on george bush senior were talking to the viewers together about donating money and suipport to help katrina victims. It warms my heart to see to ex political rivals coming together for the greater good of the people. It shows charachter i think.
